Please review our terms before purchasing a gecko!
Our geckos sometimes sell quickly, so if you wish to secure a specific gecko, you may send Pay Pal payment to cicadahollow@yahoo.com.  Should the gecko already be sold, your money will be refunded immediately upon our knowledge of receipt. 

Payment Accepted
I accept Pay Pal or Postal Money Orders.  I do not accept any other form of payment due to the ease of computer generated fraudulent checks and money orders.  I am able to accept debit & credit cards through Pay Pal, but you must have a confirmed account.  Pay Pal payments may be sent to: cicadahollow@yahoo.com

If sending payment via Postal Money Order I do require that it be sent via USPS Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation number.  You must contact me within 12 hours with your Delivery Confirmation number so I will know that payment is on it’s way.  If I do not receive a Delivery Confirmation number, I will be unable to hold your gecko.  Please contact me for payment mailing address.

Holds & Time Payments
To place a gecko on hold, I require a 25% non-refundable deposit with remaining due within 48 hours.  If payment is not made within 48 hours you will lose your deposit and the gecko will be placed back up for sale.  Time payments can be arranged but all payments are non-refundable.  Should you default on payment or decide that you no longer want the gecko, all monies will be forfeited.  Deposits and Payments are non-transferable.

TRADES
Trade terms and conditions are non-negotiable.
The trade (reptile) offered must be shipped to our facility prior to Cicada Hollow shipping the return trade (reptile). Upon arrival, it will be visually inspected. Should the trade (reptile) be unhealthy or deemed not as described, it will be returned as soon as possible with Cicada Hollow paying for the return shipping costs. If the trade (reptile) is healthy and as described, Cicada Hollow will ship the return trade (reptile) as soon as possible. Shipping of Monday - Wednesday applies, for the safety of the trade (reptile.)

SHIPPING
   I ship Monday through Wednesday only, no exceptions.    
We are a certified reptile shipper through FedEx.  Shipping is $50.00 for Overnight with normal FedEx delivery by 10:30 am in most areas.  I can not be responsible for carrier delays or mitigating circumstances. 
We ship to the continental USA only, no overseas available.

   I will only ship your gecko if temperatures are between 40 and 85 degrees.     The safety of the gecko is my first priority, so please understand if I have to delay shipping until weather reaches a safe temperature. 

An adult MUST sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. 
Failure to sign for the package upon first delivery attempt voids our guarantee. 
Should there be no contact at the residence, the package will be returned to the FedEx hub until the next delivery attempt. 

OUR GUARANTEE
Cicada Hollow Crested Geckos stands behind the health of each of its geckos. Your gecko will be sold as described and in good health.  Should something happen in transport, I will do my best to find a suitable replacement crested gecko for you, after proof of the gecko's death has been provided.  Each situation will be on a case by case basis and you must contact me within 4 hours of package delivery. You must keep the body of the gecko!  Exceptions may be made for a refund of monies paid, minus shipping costs. 
 
 GENDER SEXING

Gender guarantee applies if the gecko is sold as “Male” or “Female.” If sold as a “Probable” female, no apparent pre-anal pores are visible at the time of sale. “Unsexed” geckos are not gender guaranteed as gender can not be determined.

Fine Print on Gender Sexing
I loupe my hatchlings between 6 & 10 grams, checking for pre-anal pores. If pre-anal pores exist, the hatchling will be marked as a probable male. Probable females will be marked as such if they do not show any signs of pre-anal pores.
